Premo’s Exterior Cleaning - Customer Expectations & Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Premo’s Exterior Cleaning! To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, please review the following customer expectations and service agreement before our arrival.
Customer Responsibilities Before Our Arrival:
✅ Move Outdoor Items: Please remove or relocate any furniture, plants, decorations, grills, rugs, or other items near the house that could be damaged by water, cleaning solutions, or pressure washing.
✅ Close Windows & Doors: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut to prevent water from entering your home. If a window or door is left open during cleaning, you will be liable for any damages.
✅ Keep Pets & Children Indoors: For safety reasons, please keep pets and children inside while we’re working. You will be liable for any injuries or damages if this is not followed.
✅ Provide Water Access: We will need access to an outdoor water spigot for our equipment. Please ensure it is turned on and in working condition.
✅ Inform Us of Any Special Concerns: If you have delicate surfaces, existing damage, or areas you’d like us to be extra careful around, please inform us beforehand. If we are not made aware of these concerns, you will be liable for any damages.
✅ Move Vehicles from Driveways & Work Areas: If we are cleaning near parked cars, please move vehicles beforehand to prevent overspray. You will be liable for any damage if vehicles are not moved.
✅ Exterior Electrical Outlets: We will cover exterior electrical outlets for you to protect them during cleaning. However, if outlets are not visible and you do not inform us of their location, you will be liable for any damages.
Liability & Legal Terms:
🔹 Weather Delays & Conditions: We reserve the right to reschedule or delay your service due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, extreme winds, or freezing temperatures) that could impact the safety or quality of our work. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of such delays.
🔹 Pre-existing Damage: While we take great care to protect your property, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or conditions that may be affected during our cleaning process, including but not limited to weakened paint, rotting wood, or other structural issues.
🔹 Access to Property: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned. If we are unable to access certain areas due to locked gates or other restrictions, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or for manual access to those areas.
🔹 Right to Terminate or Alter Service: Premo’s Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to modify or cancel the service if any circumstances arise that compromise safety or the quality of service, including but not limited to unexpected weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen structural issues at the property.
Payment Terms & Non-Payment Penalties:
🔹 Payment Due Date: Payment is due in full on the day of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
🔹 Late Fees: If payment is not received by the end of the day the job is completed, a 2% late fee will be added to the total balance for each calendar day the payment is overdue.
🔹 Additional Fees for Moving Items: If required outdoor items are not moved before our arrival and we have to move them, or if we have to wait for you to move them, a reasonable fee based on the amount of work required will be added to your final total. If you have any concerns or need assistance moving items, please contact us in advance.
🔹 Collections & Legal Action: If payment is not received within 14 days, Premo’s Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to pursue collections, legal action, and/or place a lien on the property for the unpaid balance, including any additional fees incurred due to non-payment.
🔹 Lien for Non-Payment: In accordance with Michigan lien laws, if full payment is not made, a mechanic’s lien may be placed on the property for the total amount due. This lien will remain in effect until the outstanding balance is paid in full, and the property owner will be responsible for all costs related to filing and enforcing the lien.
